Not here
to follow orbits.
We built the identity around physical engineering: mass, material, pressure and purpose. Granite, forest and cold give the hardware a world of its own.
Engineering clarity.
Industrial confidence.
Our system brings together restrained typography, technical markings and signature orange. The contrast is deliberate: disciplined engineering language, placed in unexpected physical environments.
Rock.
Cold.
Forest.
Pressure.
Space remains the final proof. The identity begins with the machine.

A language
for the machine.
The identity carries through from campaign headlines to product labels and technical information. Typography, colour and the mark give each application the same clear point of view.
Finding
North.
Early direction studies put the hardware in forests, workshops and mineral landscapes. Colour, lettering and context were explored together before being carried into the design manual.
Project context & credits
Original material from the North Propulsion design manual and the earlier identity treatment. Campaign, hardware and application scenes are design studies. Our contribution is the brand and design system; propulsion engineering belongs to North Propulsion.
