Complex data.
A considered workflow.

aQuant is semi-automated software for ¹⁵O-water PET myocardial blood-flow analysis. The underlying algorithms have been used in research and reported in more than 30 peer-reviewed articles; each scan is segmented by cluster analysis, extracting the blood input function automatically.

What we built.

Our work covered the greenfield IT architecture and the entire system, through to the speed of the interface itself: how data moves across boundaries, and how a clinician moves through the case. The regulatory dimension was part of the same job — health-tech constraints, medical device capture and ISO 13485 certification — alongside genuinely complex components for 3D rendering and positron measuring.

01 / Analyse

From scan to output.

aQuant processes dynamic ¹⁵O-water PET data and generates quantitative myocardial blood-flow outputs for review.

02 / Review

See the evidence.

Results at stress and rest are presented as short and long axis images, polar maps and tables, with built-in quality control.

03 / Report

Carry it forward.

Results are summarized on a report page and can be exported to local PACS; parametric images export for documentation or fusion with CT angiogram.
