Radiology is the branch or speciality of medicine that deals with the study and application of imaging technology like x-ray and radiation to diagnosing and treating disease. Originally it was the aspect of medical science dealing with the use of electromagnetic energy emitted by X-ray machines or other such radiation devices for the purpose of obtaining visual information as part of medical imaging. Radiology that involves use of x-ray is called roentgenology. The modern day radiological imaging is no longer limited to the use of x-rays, and now includes technology-intensive imaging with high frequency sound waves, magnetic fields, and radioactivity..

We designed this imminently useful website for Sunset Radiology, focusing solely on using large text based menus and sparse imagery to create a easy to use and beautiful web-service / site for this California based company

We added time dependent graphics (visiting the site at a late time of day would change the color-scheme to a more sunset like settings) and used actual medical imagery from scans performed during the previous day as backdrops for the site.
