Human Development Report
A series of covers and design elements for UNDP

Climate change is the greatest challenge facing humanity at the start of the 21st Century. Failure to meet that challenge raises the specter of unprecedented reversals in human development. The Human Development Report aims to fighting climate change and to put focus on human solidarity in a divided world.

Our proposal for the HDR report cover for 2007/2008 had a strong focus on the fact that the report was to be interpreted and understood by various nationalities and cultures, we therefore used iconography to convey the message. Easy and fast in its interpretation and minimalist in its aesthetic, the various elements in the icons was meant to be used as a group but also as individual elements in the report.
